100 Days Mission

Put forward by the UK under its G20 presidency in 2021, the 100 Days Mission aims to have safe and effective vaccines, therapeutics and diagnostics within 100 days of an epidemic or pandemic threat being identified. The biopharmaceutical industry has continuously been a supporter of the 100 Days Mission. As another key ally in the mission, the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) has published its blueprint for this plan, envisaging five main areas of innovation that will be required for it to succeed.
